Delivery
Delivery is arranged via Royal Mail or EVRI and prices are dependant on package size and weight. Your total delivery cost will be outlined at checkout before you complete any transaction.
We dispatch next working day (Monday to Friday) when orders are received before 2pm.
Our standard delivery options are Royal Mail 24 or 48hr delivery.
Please indicate on your order if you would prefer same day dispatch and, if possible, we will be happy to accomodate this request. This can, in no way, be guaranteed however.
Returns and Refunds
Changed your mind????
We want you to love your purchase! However, if you change your mind, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund — just make sure it reaches us within this timeframe.
To notify us of a return, please fill out the returns form at the bottom of this page.
Please note that original delivery charges won’t be refunded. Please also note that you are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted item(s).
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition with sufficient, undamaged packaging and any tags still attached.
Damaged or Faulty?
If your item has arrived damaged or faulty please contact us at info@raindrops-on-roses.co.uk quoting your order number and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Conditions:
We kindly ask that you check all items upon delivery. If you notice any breakages, faults, or discrepancies, please let us know within 48 hours so we can discuss all the available options to you.
Refund Process:
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s), though it may take up to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any interest charges incurred while waiting for your refund to process.
UK Returns Only:
This returns policy applies to UK orders only. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for international orders unless faulty.
Packaging
We pack all of our items to ensure safe delivery. We love the aesthetic of well-designed, beautiful brand new packaging...however, as an environmentally conscious company and in order to minimise our carbon footprint...(also to keep your delivery costs as low as possible)...we will reuse packaging whenever suitable.
